Question:
Why is the value of Detailed Product empty in a Planned Call in iRep?
Answer:
All planned calls created in iRep do not default to Call Detail so Detailed Product is empty.
It is only when the Call is opened in Edit mode and Saved that the Call Detail and Detailed Product have defaulted.
