] is an XML entity representing a carriage-return (<CR> or return, is a control character or mechanism used to reset a device's position to the beginning of a line of text.) Veeva CRM code writes those bytes out to the client during long-duration sync queries to keep the network connection open. This is a log reporting issue and does not represent an actual error or a problem. Development is working on providing better reporting in user activity logs.
