There are two scenarios when a team member is created automatically in an event:
- When the event is created, the user creating the event is created with the default role
- When submitting an event for approval, a team member is created with the role Approver_vod
But, a Queue defined in an Approval Process cannot be automatically created as the next approver when integrating the Event Management feature with SalesForce Approval Workflows.
Currently, such a configuration Queue and (User or Related User) is not supported.
Users could use User + Related User as a workaround.
