After configuring the Configurable Lookup Filters and Layouts feature, columns displayed on the Account Lookup Dialog in iRep are not consistent with what is configured in CRM Online.

This is working as designed.
The Account Lookup Dialog in iRep shows the following four fixed columns. They are hard programmed into the Search Layout and are always used in iRep with any additional fields set.
- Formatted Name
- Location (Appears if the ENABLE_ACCOUNT_PARENT_DISPLAY_vod custom setting is TRUE OR the Business_Professional_vod record type is active)
- Account Identifier
