Question:
The New button is visible when a user opens a custom or standard view. It may be used to initiate Network Account Search (NAS), as shown in the screenshot below:
However, the New button is not visible when the user opens a list:
What is the reason behind this difference? Does the user need any further settings or permissions to be able to see the button?
Answer:
This is working as designed for both the Online and Offline applications. The New button is only visible when a user opens a view. It is not visible when a list is opened in the My Accounts tab.
