How to change MyInsights Veeva Messages in CRM?
Answer:
For MyInsights, Veeva Messages control the label text that displays in the HTML Reports. These can be changed by directly modifying the original Veeva Message. They can also be cloned for use with different languages.
Note: There should not be multiple Veeva Messages with the same name and the same language.
The MyInsights Javascript library queries for Veeva Messages based on the Name and the Language. If multiple records exist with the same Name and Language, the HTML Report appears unexpectedly.
To modify, navigate to the Veeva Message and edit the Text field:
