Question:
Does the Delete minor versions of Lifecycle Status Entry Actions only delete minor versions of the last major version or all minor versions in the version history?
Example:
Document history has 1.0 (superseded) / 1.1 (superseded) / 1.2 (superseded) / 2.0 effective / 2.1 (Draft) / 2.2 (Draft).
After Approved (using "Delete minor versions”), document history is:
1.0 (superseded) / 1.1 (superseded) / 1.2 (superseded) / 2.0 (Superseded) / 3.0 (Approved)
or
1.0 (superseded) / 2.0 (Superseded) / 3.0 (Approved)?
Answer:
The Delete minor versions deletes all minor versions of the document between the current version and the last major version, including old source files.
For the example above, the current version is 2.2 and the last major version is 2.0, so it only deletes 2.1 version.
