Overview:
When creating Advance Coaching Report in CRM online, the New Coaching Report button is grey and there is no Coaching Report displaying.
Why a user is unable to create an Advanced Coaching Report in CRM Online?
Root Cause:
A user cannot create an Advanced Coaching Report because all the Survey records with Coaching_Report_vod type are expired.
The Advanced Coaching Report page displays a list of Survey_vod records where
- RecordType = Coaching_Report_vod
- Status_vod = Published
- Start_Date_vod <= Current Date <= End_Date_vod
Solution:
To create an Advanced Coaching Report, extend the End_Date_vod of Survey_vod records.
