Question:
A Source Subscription is being run. The job does not fail and does not return an error message. Why is the Job not processing the records in question?
Answer:
The user has to be sure the job is read by Veeva Network. This can be seen from the Job Details in the Data Load Summary. The number of rows read should match the number of rows in the Source Files.
If the rows in the Source Files are actually read, it means that the delimiters and text qualifiers are matching the loaded Source Files. If changes are not applied, it means that the application cannot process the information contained in the files.
In most cases, this is happening because the other Source Subscription settings are not matching the Source Files. The user needs to check if the other Job Settings (example: key columns, modeling, normalization, etc.) match the current files. Also, be sure a Source File is loaded for each file definition included in the Source Subscription (HCP, HCO, ADDRESS, etc).
