The DISABLE_APPROVED_EMAIL_ENTRYPOINTS Approved Email Setting is configured with two entry points However, the entry points are not being correctly disabled. A user can still send Approved Emails using the two defined entry points.
If only one entry point or more than two entry points are defined, the entry points are disabled as expected.
When there are only two options defined in the DISABLE_APPROVED_EMAIL_ENTRYPOINTS Approved Email Setting (Example: MyAccounts_vod;;Account_vod), the processing treats the text in the Approved Email Setting as if it were referring to a Veeva Message called <Entry_Point_One> with a category of <Entry_Point_Two>.
This results in no entry points getting disabled as there is no Veeva Message with the defined name and category.
Please perform the following:
- Create a Veeva Message named DISABLE_APPROVED_EMAIL_ENTRYPOINTS with a Category of ApprovedEmail:
- Configure the Text field with the entry points.
- Set the DISABLE_APPROVED_EMAIL_ENTRYPOINTS Approved Email Setting equal to "DISABLE_APPROVED_EMAIL_ENTRYPOINTS;;ApprovedEmail"
- Clear the Veeva cache.
