Overview:
On the Expected Document List (EDL) Item and document, there is a custom field called Filing Level. After performing the Upload action from the selected EDL Item, the Filing Level value on the document is not populated with the value from the EDL Item.

Root Cause:
The document fields, that are populated during an upload, are the fields which are assigned in Matching EDL Item Fields of the EDL object.
Solution:
- Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Document Fields. Verify that the document field exists. To match on document type, verify that the field applies to the specific document type. Make a note of the document field name. Example: filing_level__v.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Objects --> EDL Item --> Fields. Verify that an analogous field exists. Verify that the field name matches that of the document field, excluding the suffix. Example: filing_level__v. If an analogous field does not exist, create a new field on the object. Picklist fields on an EDL Item cannot be multi-value.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Business Admin --> Picklists --> EDL Matching Field. Add a new picklist value. The value name must match that of the document and object fields. Example: filing_level__v.
- Navigate to the parent EDL to assign this field to Matching EDL Item Fields:
