A customer tries to create new records in Align. This produces an error: Failed To Retrieve Vault Session. Response was: Could not validate session provided by Vault.
User Align Admin is deactivated.
Activate Align Admin User using the following steps:
- Under Vault tab, click on Users&Groups.
- Under Users, search for Align Admin. Please be sure to search using All Users:
- Click on Change Status:
