A customer tries to use Veeva Enage App on an iOS device for the first time. In the meeting invitation, an e-mail customer is provided with the install link. After clicking on the link, a message displays: Cannot Open Page. Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.
Veeva Engage App can only be installed from App Store, it cannot be installed directly from the page: engage.veeva.com. The message directs customers to the App Store.
- Click on OK in the message: Cannot Open Page. Safari cannot open the page because the Address is invalid.
- A message appears to open the page in App Store.
- After clicking on Get link, the app can be installed.
- Click on Install.
