Is it possible to switch existing customer-owned (grey) records to third-party maintained (blue) records in case existing data is managed by a third-party provider in the future?
Answer:
Currently, it is not possible to turn existing customer-owned (grey) records to third-party maintained (blue) records in a Network instance.
If a customer wants to have data maintained by a third-party provider, the entire data set needs to be loaded through a third-party System. Once the data is loaded, the grey records need to be merged into the newly created blue ones.
