Question:
A CRM Account is constantly updated by the CRM-Network integration user, even though no changes have been made to the record yet. The associated Data Change Requests (DCRs) have the Status_vod__c field value Pending. Why does it update the record anyway?
Answer:
This is working as expected. This behavior is based on the External_Status_vod__c field. This field is the status of the DCR coming from Network and it is used to determine if the record is re-imported as part of the DCR process. If this field has the value Partially Processed, the Account is retrieved from Network every time the Inbound Process runs and until the DCR is processed.
