What is the character limitation for the Submissions Archive Import zip files in Vault?

Answer:

For Submissions Archive Import zip files can only contain filenames with UTF-8 characters. If the file names in the zip file are not using the UTF-8 characters, it may cause similar errors to what is shown below:
