Question:
When using two Fragments in an Approved Email that both hold the same citation, the citation is being listed twice in the references area of the template. Is it possible to stop duplicate citations from displaying?

There is currently no way to hide the duplicate citations in an Approved Email.
Customers can create a Product Suggestion or Enhancement Request in the Veeva Product Communities for this feature to be considered in a future release.
