Question:
When using two fragments in an Approved Email which hold the same citation, the citation is being listed twice in the references area of the template. Is it possible to stop duplicate citations from displaying?
Answer:
There is currently no way to hide the duplicate citations in an Approved Email. A Product Suggestion / Enhancement Request will need to be created in the Veeva Product Communities for this feature to be considered in a future release.
