When a rep user searches outside a territory account, an error appears: HTTP 400 Bad Request.
Authentication failed due to the network connection.
The Admin sees the error in the subscription section of the Nework Administration page: Failed to Authenticate with Network, Cause: responseStatus: FAILURE: PASSWORD_CHANGE_REQUIRED: Password change required.
Check the Network Credentials in the Network Administration page to be sure the Network Credentials are valid.
Reset the Network integration user's password and re-validate the network credential.
