Question:
The user cannot search for Out-of-Territory Accounts in the Sphere of Influence in Veeva CRM. Why is this?
Answer:
This is working as designed. The user is able to add an Account which is outside the Territory from Sphere Of Influence. The user is unable to search for them directly.
For this purpose, the user can use the Network Account Search function. With the Network Account Search, the user can search or add a specific Account. Whereas in Sphere Of Influence, the user is able to add Accounts, but cannot search for them.
