Question:
Sometimes an iRep sync is quite slow. After checking the activity log of the user, a sync error is shown: Retry 1 for connection error.
Why does this error occur? Does it indicate the Veeva Server issue?
Answer:
The error indicates the user's network is not stable or available.
The end-user needs to check the network connection and connect to a better WIFI or 4G network to fix the issue.
