A customer initiates a Call from the Account Detail Page by clicking on the Record a Call button. Planned Status is not set as default:
If a customer schedules a Call under My Schedule, Planned Status is set as default:
How can Planned Status be set as default also for Calls initiated from the Account Detail Page?
Planned Status needs to be set as default value on the Status field for the Call Record Type used by the customer.
- Navigate to: Setup --> Create --> Call.
- Scroll down to Record Types section.
- Click on the Record Type Label used by the customer.
- Click on Edit to modify the Status field.
- Set the Planned as default value and click on Save:
