How can analytics data be re-linked after a Sandbox refresh?
Answer:
When a Sandbox is refreshed, the analytics data that is used by older versions is removed. To re-enter the data, log into the FTP server using the defined admin user's credentials. Once logged in, the directory structure appears with Analytics as the top-level directory. This is usually the admin user's current working directory.
Using the FTP client, move the appropriate data file to the Analytics folder.
Process the data files as normal. Reference the Analytics Admin Page in the Help file for details on processing data files. Go to: Help Topics --> FixedReports --> Sales Data Loading --> Analytics Admin Page.
