Why do CRM User Activity logs show entries: Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) matches, skipping download? Is this an error?
Answer:
This is not an error.
The message means that the CLM Media File is not changed since the previous iRep sync and that the download is skipped for that reason.
For Media Files with a Key Message, Media Sync compares the CRC checksum of the Media File with the value in the Key Message record. If the checksum values do not match, Media Sync downloads the new version of the Media File.
