How to grant Access to Veeva Support in Align?
To grant Support access to Align to troubleshoot an issue:
- Click Admin.
- Click Users and Groups.
- Select the affected username. (The user cannot be a Cross Domain User)
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Under Veeva Support, select the Duration period (how long to grant the technician access).
- Click the Grant Access button.
