The CLM Contents cannot be synced with the error in the CLM Administration Tab: Error while upserting record xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx::xxxx::Staged_vod, Cause: duplicate value found: Presentation_Id_vod__c duplicates value on record with id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
The Unique attribute of the Presentation_Id_vod field in the Clm_Presentation_vod object is selected.
Follow the steps below to resolve this problem:
- Unselect the Unique attribute of the Presentation_Id_vod field in the Clm_Presentation_vod object.
- Click the Sync button in the CLM Administration Tab.
