Question:
Why is the Duration_vod__c field on a Call defaulting to 30 minutes if it is left blank when saving or submitting a Call?
Answer:
For Calls created online outside of My Schedule, the Duration_vod__c field defaults to 30 minutes if no value is added manually before saving or submitting the Call.
For Calls created from My Schedule, online or offline, the Duration_vod__c field is populated with the duration created on the schedule.
For Calls created offline outside of My Schedule, the Duration_vod__c field remains blank when saving or submitting a Call if it was not manually populated. The call still displays as 30 minutes in My Schedule.
