There are some unknown invalid password records in the Approved Email CRM Integration User's activity log.
The unknown invalid password record may be caused by:
- An old password with the same CRM Integration User is used in other CRM Integration process (e.g. CLM Integration).
- After refreshing the Full Sandox, the CRM Org is changed and the password of the CRM Integration User needs to be reset. The CRM Integration User credential saved in the Old Org Id becomes invalid. If the Account opens the email sent at the Old Org Id, adding the email activities to the Old Org ID is using the invalid credential which causes the invalid password record.
- For the first point in the Root Cause section, the admin user should update the CRM Integration User credential used in other CRM Integration process.
- For the second point in the Root Cause section, clear out the CRM Integration User credential by editing a random user credential before a Sandbox refresh.
