What are Binders in PromoMats?
Binders are a way to group related documents in a Vault. Documents can be placed in different sections and categorized to collect like materials all in one location rather than searching individual documents. Various documents can be linked together within a specific binder.
Once the Binder is created, use the Edit Binder option to create sections within the Binder. In addition, it is possible to add documents to the Binder contents at that time.
There are two different types of Binders:
Static Binder - When changes are made to a document outside of a Binder, these changes do not reflect within the document stored in the binder. When a document is added to the Binder, the Steady Status of the document is set in the Binder.
Dynamic Binder - Any change to a document outside of a Binder reflect within the document contained in the Binder.
