How to check if the server is experiencing any issues in PromoMats?
Answer:
Please consult the Veeva Trust site to check if the server is having any issues.
Check the date and hover over Veeva Vault.
- If there are no issues, a checkmark appears.
- If there is an issue, an exclamation point appears. If there is a full-service disruption a red x appears. The screenshot below displays how the icons look. Hover over the symbol for more information.
