How to check the status of a Job after cancelling a Workflow in PromoMats?
Answer:
This article is targeted at Admin users.
Once a workflow is cancelled, the job changes status. Check the status of the job by doing the following on a user with Admin Privileges:
- Navigate to: Configuration --> Document Lifecycle --> [select relevant Document Type] --> Workflows --> [select the relevant workflow].
- Check the Used by States section.
Alternatively, users without Admin Privileges can use the Timeline View to check the status of the job after it has been cancelled.
