Why document annotations do not appear in PromoMats?
If some or all annotations do not appear on a document, check to see if any Filters are enabled. Filters selected for a previous document remain selected for the following documents until it is changed or deselected.
To check for filters, do the following:
- Navigate to the document in question and open it.
- In the top-left corner of the editor, click the button to bring up the Annotation editor.
- Click the button to display the drop-down menu.
- Make note of any filters being used and if necessary, select All to display the annotations once more.
