How to add users as Attendees in a call on iRep or WinModern?
The ability to add users as Attendees are selectable in the Offline platform.
- Ensure VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) on the User object is active.
- Apply the --su signal (search users) on the Attendees section of the page layout.
- Clear Veeva Cache
- Sync the Offline device.
Users should be available as Attendees in a Call Offline.
