When the user tries to download a record using an Adhoc download, it shows the following error: The following Network Entity IDs do not belong to the current OpenData Instance or are invalid
The VID that the user needs to download does not exist in the linked Master Instance.
The user needs to check if the record to download exists in the Master Instance.
Download another record that exists in the master environment that links to the customer network.
If the master linked to the customer network is unknown, open a ticket with Veeva Support. The Support team can determine which Master Instance connects to a customer network instance.
