When a rep user searches an outside territory account from iRep, an error appears: Incorrect user country setting. Please check the user address and ensure that the Country is a 2-letter code. Online is working.
The error is caused by the User object which does not sync to the iRep Database.
When searching a network account using Network Account Search (NAS), the system refers to user's country setting and determines which country's data is referenced.
In this case, the system attempts to refer to user's information, but the system is not able to refer to the user information as the User object does not sync to iRep Database.
Correct the User object VMobile Object Configuration. Be sure that user data can be synced to the iRep Database.
