When the user attempts to sync CoBrowse and Engage metadata using the Engage Metadata Administration tab, the metadata sync fails with the "Site <customer-landing-page-url> does not exist in CRM" error.
The URL__v field value in Vault and the URL_vod__c field on the Site_vod object in CRM must match for the integration to work properly. The Site_vod record is created in the Engage Administration Console under the Site Manager section.
Verify that the <customer-landing-page-url> is correct in Vault and add the site to the Engage Content Administration Console.
