Overview:
A document field cannot be disabled and an error occurs: This field is used in a Document Type filter and cannot be disabled.
Root Cause:
The field is used in the document type filter.
Solution:
Ensure the field is not used in any document type filters.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Document Types --> Edit Details --> Filters.
- Select the field and remove it from the Current Filters by clicking the left-arrow button. In this example, field Impacted Facilities needs to be removed from the filter.
