A user is not seeing the My Dashboard data that is expected in Online. Why is expected data not displaying correctly in the CRM Online Dashboard tab?
If the dashboard data does not look as expected, check the following:
- Running user - View the dashboard from the perspective of the running user. What a user sees is based on that user's access rights. For dynamic dashboards, the user can only see what the user can access.
- Refresh Dashboard - If viewing old data, click Refresh to refresh the dashboard.
- Data sources - Verify that the data sources (reports, s-controls, or Visualforce pages) contain the information the user wants to be displayed in the dashboard components.
