Overview:
When opening Add Requests in a Veeva Network Sandbox environment, the user noticed the Match button is missing from the top area of the page. However, in a Veeva Network Master instance (such as EuMaster, UsMaster, etc.) it can be found. Why is that?

Answer:
The Match button is available only for Veeva Network Master instances. In Customer Instances, the Match button functionality is unavailable by design, with the intention of minimizing duplicates.
