Question:
Why are custom fields not visible in the Drop-Down List of Product Metric Criteria section in Align Rule even user enabled Import Product Metrics option in customer Align Org?
Answer:
There are only preloaded system fields in a drop-down list if there are no field mappings between CRM and Align.
The user needs to create a field mapping for Product Metric Fields in CRM integration mapping.
Follow the steps to add field mapping:
- Log into Align as an Admin user.
- Navigate to: Integrations --> Align Integrations.
- Scroll down to CRM Integration section and select View Field Map from the actions.
- Expand the Product Metric Fields section in the CRM integration mapping page and click the Describe & Edit button.
After the mapping is added, the user is able to see the custom field.
