Question:
Why is a newly created Application Role not appearing as an option when prompted to select it inside the Lifecycle Role tab?
Answer:
- Navigate to the Lifecycle Role that is created.
- Examine the Application Role section in its configuration. Be sure that the Application Role being referenced in this section matches with the name or responsibilities of the Lifecycle Role.
- If it does not match, reassign this section to a corresponding Application Role or create a new custom Application Role in the Business Admin menu to be associated with the Lifecycle Role if one does not already exist.
