When do Sent Emails display on the Account Timeline in Offline CRM?
The Sent Email entries on the Account Timeline depend on the Email Activity records for that particular Sent Email. These records are created Online after the email is successfully sent, delivered, or opened.
Since these records are created Online, the Email Activity records need to be synced to the user's device by an incremental sync and do not display on the Timeline until the sync is completed.
If no Email Activity records exist for a Sent Email, or the only Email Activity that exists for the Sent Email is a Delivered activity, then the Sent Email does not display on the Timeline.
