When opening an exported CSV file from Vault in Excel, incorrect characters or values are displayed.
This is a Microsoft Excel limitation related to the amount of data allowed in an individual cell or a character that is not recognized by Excel.
If the data contained in the cell exceeds the limit, Excel truncates the data as shown below:
If a character is not recognized by Excel, it replaces the character with what it believes to be the closest match.
The workaround is to open the document in an alternate CSV or text editor.
