How to Opt-In to Veeva product system availability notifications?
Customers can subscribe to receive system availability notifications on the Veeva Trust site. This includes the following types of notifications:
- Scheduled releases
- Maintenance releases that require downtime
- Unplanned downtime (outages)
- Service degradations
A user can self-subscribe to these notifications by locating the environment POD and subscribing using a Text Message or Email on the Veeva Trust Site.
Note: A Point of Delivery (POD) is called a component on the Veeva Trust site.
Quickly subscribe to all notifications (informational, degradation, outage, etc) by following these steps:
Create a subscription account and specify which notifications to receive by following these steps:
The user receives an email with a password to create an account and can then log in and manage subscriptions at any time. The email is sent from email@example.com:
If the user does not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check the spam folder. The user receives a link to the Release Notes if the system availability is related to planned downtime for a Veeva release.
If the user does not have an Account or the user is unsubscribed and would like to re-subscribe, follow the steps above. If the user has a subscriber Account and forgot a password, use the forgot password link on the login page.
