Answer:
The proper way to apply a corrected e-Signature Page to an existing document is to apply a newly manifested eSignature to the document. The user should re-run the document through a workflow that contains an eSignature Task.
Note: This must be done on each affected document as an individual action, as this process cannot be performed as a Bulk Action.
