How is Classic Vault Security applied in the document sharing settings?

Answer:

When Classic Vault Security is enabled, Business Administrator and System Administrator users have access to all documents in Vault.  These users automatically have the same permissions as the Owner and Coordinator roles on each document in the affected vault.
