The Approved Email template and the fragment comes from two different Veeva Vaults.
The template comes from: https://example.veevavault.com.
However, the fragment comes from: https://sb-example.veevavault.com.
Fragments that come from the same Vault as the template itself are visible.
Please align the Veeva Vault root of the fragment to that of the template.
