How to Reduce the Number of Product Goals to 0 in a CRM Multichannel Cycle Plan (MCCP)?

Answer:

This is currently functioning as designed. We prevented the rep from editing goals down to 0 for a couple of reasons:

• There is no ability to add targets, channels, or products. Some users might see editing a goal down to 0 as remove and in order to balance out that remove, the rep might want to add something new.

• If records are left in the MCCP, the activities for that product are counted by the MCCP MCE process and factored into the overall MCCP attainment calculations. This can cause confusion.
