How to resolve MCCP related errors indicated on the MCCP Admin Page? How to identify which MCCP record is causing the error?
Follow these steps:
- All the recent apex jobs are listed. Look for the MCCP jobs and identify which ones have failed requests.
- Open the log with failed requests. There are two links available to download: a „Request” and „Result” links.
- The links download a file without an extension. These files are actually CSV files. Use Excel to open them.
- As the „Result” file does not contain the ID of the records with the error, both files are used to identify the problematic MCCP records.
- Open both files, check on the „Result” file which row has the error message.
- Check the same row on the „Request” file in order to retrieve the ID of the problematic MCCP record.
