Overview:

The Event Grid View in CRM for iPad does not show any text in the Event Type.

Root Cause:

The administrator configured Events Management Record Types but did not have the corresponding Medical Events record types defined.

Solution:

Event types are defined on both the EM_Event_vod and Medical_Event_vod object using the same Record Type Name and Label.
