When a user edits an Account through the Edit Account page, Multi-Select Picklist fields have two columns: one for the available values and one for the chosen values as shown below:
However, when the user edits an account through the Edit Account DCR Visualforce page, only one column is shown and the user can only select the values in that column:
Is this discrepancy expected?
This is expected behavior. The Multi-Select Picklist is displayed on the Visualforce page as it is shown on the second screenshot. Currently, it is not possible to configure it to show double columns.
